Kara from Your Aloha Wedding Company was absolutley fantastic! We planned our Destination wedding from Canada, and Kara was extremely helpful with every detail, right down to suggesting ribbon colors. She always responded in a timely manner, she eased my worries, she handled the entire day for me. Kara is very knowledgable in this field, she has many contacts and can provide so many options for making your Wedding everything you want it to be. Our Wedding at Gannon's in Wailea was more than we could have expected, we are so pleased with how the day went and so many thank you's go out to Kara and her team. We can't say enough about how great it was to work with Kara. Since we had a destination wedding it was important for us to find a wedding coordinator that was knowledgeable about the vendors in Maui and easy to work with. Although most people probably don't do this we actually flew to Maui a year in advance to meet with multiple wedding coordinators. We arranged to meet with 4 different coordinators - Kara was our 3rd meeting. During our meeting Kara was friendly(always smiling), knowledgeable and very flexible. One of the other coordinators we met with started off with : "This is how I see your wedding taking place...". In contrast Kara listened to what we wanted in our wedding and even arranged and gave us a tour of a couple of venues for our future wedding. All of this convinced us that Kara was the coordinator for us and we cancelled our meeting with the 4th coordinator. Once back home we worked primarily over email with Kara due to our hectic schedules. Kara was always responsive and it was very easy to work with her. She made recommendations on vendors and gave us a lot of ideas on what we could do with our wedding. Once we made a decision she made it happen - Kara never rushed us and was very patient. Very admirable considering it took us a a couple of weeks sometimes to respond. She planned for things very well and gave us ample time to decide. Kara recommended a great hawaiian reggae band, duo of musicians for the reception time and a great performance troupe (hawaiian dancers and fire knife dancers). It was definitely a big hit as everyone kept complimenting them. We asked for some one offs like cake from Bev Gannons (even though they don't advertise making wedding cakes) and Kara made it happen. She worked with Three's Catering to make sure our menu was to our liking and that everything was good. I could go on and on but the point of my review is that Kara was easy to work with, she knew her stuff, catered to our needs, and she made everything happen. She went above and beyond and even took care of some special requests of ours which was great! Almost all of our guests came up to us and commented on how our wedding was one of the best, if not the best, weddings that they had ever been to. Thanks Kara!

We used Your Aloha Wedding Company to plan our Maui Wedding. Kara was so amazing! She made planning a destination wedding so simple. We were able to do everything via email and the wedding was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She made sure everything was planned perfectly and made sure that everything went smoothly. The price was very reasonable. I had no stress on the day of the wedding, thanks to Kara. I highly recommend using Kara as your wedding planner. You won't regret it! I wish we could do this again, it was so much fun and so easy. Good luck and make sure you talk to Kara!!!!

I must say that Kara at "Your Aloha Wedding Company" made planning a destination wedding an absolute breeze!! We got married Feb 2012 and every bit of our wedding was how we dreamed it to be. My experience with Your Aloha Wedding Company has been nothing but wonderful. Our wedding planner, Kara and her two assistants, Regina and Marlene helped put together the dream wedding my husband and I hoped for. Not only was Kara quick to respond, she listened and provided honest feedback when asked. Let's be real...planning a wedding is not the easiest thing to do. There are so many things that go into a wedding. Some people have this vision of what their wedding would look like since they were kids. I didn't. Thanks to Kara and team, I was a stress free bride. She is very detailed and provided an updated estimate at anytime a change was made. This definitely helps with budgeting. My husband and I are from Seattle, WA and did not get to see or taste anything before the big day. From my first conversation with Kara I knew I found the perfect person to help with my wedding.  Planning  a wedding long distance can be a challenge but with Kara’s help the planning went very smoothly and we were never worried about a thing.  She was always there to offer suggestions and advice.  Talking with Kara was like talking to a good friend.  The wedding turned out beautifully and we’re still getting compliments on it.  Choosing Your Aloha Wedding Company was the best wedding decision we made.

Hiring Kara Byrne at Your Aloha Wedding Co. was the best decision we have ever made, aside from tying the knot! Kara and her staff were amazing! She ensured that every little detail was taken care of, from the ceremony to the reception...she even ran out and purchased an adorable guestbook for us, printed out customized menus at the last minute, provided us with a beautiful serving set for our cake, and even sewed together our custom table runners, just to name a few things! We had a very limited budget and and sure worked with us to make sure that our wedding was as luxurious as if we had spent a fortune. We did not have a bartender, and so she and her staff rolled up their sleeves and made sure everyone had a drink in hand at the reception. She went above and beyond what we could have ever expected from a wedding coordinator. I highly recommend, if you live out of state, and know nothing about planning weddings (like me!), you absolutely can not do better than Your Aloha Wedding Co. We are still blown away at what a tremendous success our destination wedding was! We couldn’t have done it without Kara’s expertise, kindness, and unshakeable professionalism! I am recommending Your Aloha Wedding Co. to fellow couples in Arizona, and hopefully this review will be read and taken into consideration all over the nation. If you are going to have a destination wedding, make it Maui. And if you are going to hire a wedding planning service, hire Your Aloha Wedding Co. and do it right!

Kara was brilliant to work with and made our wedding so special! Flying to Hawaii from Australia and the US mainland, we had 85 guests for our wedding. The pre planning, the week of, the day of, and even now Kara has helped along the way. She was our day of coordinator and was fabulous! She helped get everything organized with ease and the day went without a hitch. She has even taken the time to get the wedding wording copied from the church several months later - that's the five star service every bride wants! She knows the island well and was able to make great recommendations in planning and sorted out our transportation for 12 of us!! Kara was so easy to work with and has a bright, cheery personality and we would not have had the same caliber wedding we did without her help! Thank you Kara!!

Kara at Your Aloha Wedding Company was simply the best. She was unbelievably helpful and always responded to my e-mails within a day and would give me accurate time frames for when I could expect a response or something to be completed. She was understanding of cost concerns and found ways to make our arrangements work perfectly. I feel I recieved incredibly precise and personal service for the price we paid for her coordination services. Our wedding turned out amazing because of Kara's coordination.

It has been over a year since we were married, and I am just now getting around to writing this review. We used Kara Bryne from Your Aloha Wedding, and Natalie Brown from Natalie Brown Photography for our beach wedding. The service we received was unmatched by anything else I have done in my life. Kara and Natalie are very sweet people and make you feel like they are your best friend and your wedding is the only one that matters. Kara and Natalie are extremely fast at responding to emails and phone calls, and get you information very quickly. I don’t know how many times we made changes to the location our guest were staying, the date, the wedding location, and the Luau afterwards, but they handled it all with professionalism and grace. As far as quality, every part of the wedding was perfect down to the last detail, and the photographs turned out amazing. We were also able to get all of the photos she took, unlike a lot of photographers on the island. We were so happy with this event planning company, especially for our destination wedding. Kara was great to work with and the rest of the crew were so personable and atttentative during the day of. It was hard to let go and let someone else plan our special day, and trust that they would hire great vendors.
