While at first it was a little difficult to get in contact (and keep in contact) with them, once we got the ball rolling Brigitte was extremely professional, flexible and helpful. The catering staff was above par and the overall experience was wonderful. Since our wedding was a 'distance wedding' planned within a span of three months, we had lots of hurdles to get over. Brigitte made sure that the catering would not be one of those hurdles. We are most grateful for her cooperation, expertise, suggestions and performance as well as that of everyone else on staff at the Waimea Falls Grill.
