The Photographers Group

We planned a destination wedding in Kauai, so there was a lot of trust involved in hiring our vendors since we wouldn't be able to meet with them until the cermony. We found Ken Posney and The Photographers Group online and really liked his style. All his shots are great, from formal posed shots to candid captures, all of them really held the heart of the moment. However, the best thing about working with Ken is that he really made an effort to get to know us as a couple, our humor, our individuality, our quirks. He did this before we got out to Kauai, via Facebook and email, so by the time we met in person, it was like hanging out with an old friend. That meant a lot to us. Our photos, and our slideshow are perfect!

Ken was great. I think the only thing I was sad about was that we forgot(?) to take formal pictures with our families after the ceremony, even though I gave him a list of pictures I wanted. Other than that, the pictures we did have came out beautifully! He came to the wedding in slippers and shorts - didn't bother me at all, but just FYI.
