Robbins Bros

My fiance purchased my ring when Robbins Brothers was in Chicago. They are no longer in Chicago so anytime we have to have anything done it has to be sent back to California on our dime (even with the insurance policy)I would never recommend them based on their service. I have had some issues with my rings setting (discoverd by 3 jewelers back here) after Robbins Brothers "fixed it" the 1st time. I brought my ring into a jeweler (not Robbins Brothers) to have them check to see if the prongs on a small diamond (that were just repaired by Robbins Brothers) were truly missing. This jeweler confirmed that the diamond that was just replaced was indeed not being held on by all of its prongs. One of the prongs was sheared which is putting the small diamond at risk. This jeweler (confirmed by a 2nd) expressed concerns on the seating/setting of my center diamond. When I told Nosh(my contact at Robbins brothers) she not only told me they were wrong she also made a comment on how my ring was small and that I shouldnt worry about mailing it to California as FedEx always insures rings even at my size (they dont they only insure upto around $5K and my ring was worth more). She also recommended instead of fixing it that I get a differnt ring and we pay for it! Her Manager was just as incompetent and wouldnt let me send the ring back nor would htey pay for me to send it back (even though it was there less than 1 month prior being repaired for a loose diamond). After about 5 calls to their corporate location, I finanly worked with another person at Robbins borthers Camille Weber.....she is amazing and was able to confirm what the other 3 jewelers found that my prongs were missing and it was set improperly and my ring was repaired.

Robbins Brothers is a really wonderful place to find an engagement ring. When my husband and I saw my ring, we knew it was perfect. They are very helpful and flexible. I do not live very close to a Robbin's Bros, so to save me a trip, they had my wedding band soldered to my engagement ring the same day! My only advice is to purchase the peace of mind guarantee (an extra $200), it allows you to have your ring resized, re-dipped, prongs reset, and diamonds replaced if they fall out for life! I have already had my ring resized and re-dipped twice, and it has paid for itself!

Great service, extremely professional. I would love a bigger, more creative selection of rings, but what we found works really well. And I love my rings. I love that they offer additional services as well, ring cleaning, concierge, etc.

Both my husband and I were really pleased with Robbins Bros. in Glendale. They have someone to greet you as soon as you walk in the door for whatever service you need. They are prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgable, and not pushy at all. They work with all budgets. Not only did we get my engagement ring there, but we went back for the wedding bands, and have also been back to "inspect and polish" my ring (for the optional insurance coverage requirement). I send everyone who asks to Robbins Bros. because I know they will get the service they deserve at the price most comfortable to them. They are in the wedding business (being the "World's Biggest Engagement Ring Store" as they say) and offer services for the guy popping the question, as well as help finding wedding vendors. You can't go wrong with Robbins Bros.

we bought all our engagement and wedding jewelry at robbins bros. the staff there is very knowledgeable and helpful. the prices are great, and they also have great amenities, like cleaning your jewelry, concierge service, planning services, etc.

They were wonderful when we were looking for rings. Unfortunately I received the wrong ring size, so my finger swelled up and also a diamond fell out my wedding band two times within one month of the wedding. They were not very helpful with this situation and made us feel as though it was my fault. Very sad that they did not follow through with their customer service.

My husband got my engagement ring and wedding band from Robbins Bros and they are amazing. I absolutely love my rings and it was a lot of fun to look at a number of diamonds (especially since my husband later picked one of them out for my engagement ring!) and everyone was so helpful and friendly. I also love the stores in Chicago, IL, where we go to have my rings cleaned now that we have moved. I love the store!
