Hip, hip, hooray for Passion Roots! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shilhi, Elana, and the rest of the Passion Roots team! At our recent ceremony and reception, we wanted floral design that was clean, understated, and contemporary. Shilhi executed this vision to perfection! But the creativity at Passion Roots knows no limits, and I have also seen them create classic romance, and any other style under the sun. Even better, our arrangements from Passion Roots were island-appropriate, without falling back on time-worn Hawaiian cliches. The creativity behind the creations is every bit as fresh as the flowers, themselves. Not to mention Passion Roots' professionalism! They are worth every penny, and unlike other high-end providers, there is no up-selling with Passion Roots, and they can make even frugal budgets translate into floral dynamite! We all know wedding planning can be stressful, especially when it's a destination wedding, but working with Passion Roots is fun! In the future, we will definitely be using Passion Roots for our anniversary parties and vow-renewal ceremonies! Love from us to the Passion Roots gang!

My wedding planner did most of the work finding and corresponding with Passion Roots, but I just wanted to say that I loved my flowers at the wedding. The bouquets were huge and beautiful, and the table decorations were exactly what I wanted - the right size and combination and colors. Passion Roots is a great choice!

Words can not express the love and passion that Shilhi has for weddings. She is an incredible woman and a perfectionist when it comes to details. I recently got married on the famous date 11-11-11. My bouquet dreams came true when Passion Roots (Shilhi) did my bouquets for my wedding! I probably had one of the most horrific experiences any bride could ever imagine. I initially had a "florist" but 6 weeks before my wedding date, she cancelled. Luckily, Shilhi came to the rescue and in 6 weeks had a plan and a beautiful vision. She not only met my expectations but exceeded them! I am so glad that my "florist" cancelled because I wouldn't have had the chance to experience the expertise of Passion Roots. I used Passion Roots for my recent wedding. I loved everything about my flowers! I had a small wedding, so I used the Plush Line. They met all of my expectations. I had a breathtaking bouquet, a floral wreath for my hair, the two fathers had vibrant and handsome cigar leis, the two mothers had precious wrist corsages and my groom had an EXQUISITE double mail lei entwined with orchids. They were delivered to my hotel room precisely when I requested them, and were even wrapped and presented beautifully. Working with them has been a pleasure and I HIGHLY recommend them whether your wedding will be large or small.

My 1st encounter with Passion Roots was through my wedding coordinator and as i was a destination bride i had to put the trust in what was selected for me.... I could not have asked for a better selection then Passion Roots. Everything looked fantastic and i received and still receive many compliments especially regarding my bouquet. I was able to have my dream wedding come true thanks to Shilhi and the rest of the Passion Roots team!!! They did a fabulous job with my bouquet & bridal party flowers and decorated the church & reception ballroom with beautiful floral arrangements that made my wedding look SPECTACULAR! All I had to do was give Shilhi my budget and some inspirational photos, and she took care of the rest! I had a hard time planning my wedding while finishing school in the mainland, but Shilhi made it really easy to communicate through phone calls and emails. Shilhi is amazingly talented! I originally came across her information from the wedding cafe where I saw her speak at one of the wednesday event nights and we were looking for a florist. I don't know much about flowers and flower arrangements so I wanted to make sure that I found someone who could understand who Gary and I are, and create something that represents us without me having to explain how to do it. Shilhi did exactly that! We filled out our information explaining to her a little bit about ourselves and how we met. When we all got together she had so much energy about creating our event for us that we fell in love with her! I loved how she didn't make me feel even more stupid when i didn't know what type of flowers to go with or how to create what i was envisioning. she just listened to my ideas, had cards and books to reference to so that i understood what she was talking about, and continued to forward or text her ideas i came across that i either liked or disliked. I love how she thinks and how unique and creative she is. She created an elaborate wood frame for the ceremony, beautiful head table water candle display, and the most elegant centerpieces with tall white branches with crystals hanging down with purple and green flowers blooming. She even went with our unique theme by putting a USB look alike wire wrapping around the branches which i thought was a genius idea! Thank you so much Shilhi and your team for creating the perfect floral decor for our wedding!

Shilhi did a great job with my wedding flowers! She was able to provide beautiful flowers within our budget. Shilhi was quick with email responses and our meetings with her were always so much fun. Shilhi and her team came early on the wedding day and setup everything how we wanted. The flowers were gorgeous and lasted a long time after the wedding. Highly recommended!

My experience with Shilhi of Passion Roots was GREAT! Shilhi is such a fun, bubbly, enthusiastic person who is very passionate and knowledgeable about what she does. When I first started working with Shilhi, I came in with several ideas for flower and decor, but not a clear vision. Fortunately, all that changed for the better with Shilhi's help! She gave wonderful, practical advice for what would and wouldn't work for my beach venue. She was very considerate about my budget and assured me that we could still make the wedding beautiful even on a tight budget. When I finally saw the final product on the day of the wedding, I was amazed by how beautiful everything was! I especially adored my bridal bouquet - it was EXQUISITE!!! It was exactly what I wanted and MORE! The bouquet was very lush and the bling wrap was fabulous! It looked so gorgeous in all the pictures. The sweetheart table centerpiece was very lush as well with more bling fabric around it! The three designs for the reception centerpieces worked well together to complete the vision. Shilhi has great taste in flowers! :) In all, Shilhi is incredibly creative and I highly recommend Passion Roots for your wedding flower and decor!

Working with Shilhi was my favorite part of the wedding. I visited with her in her studio more than once and she never seemed irritated by my constant changes to my vision! Our meetings leading up to the wedding were so much fun and by the end we would both be jumping up and down in excitement and I would leave with a huge smile on my face! The day of the wedding was amazing but mostly due to Shilhi's stunning flowers that transformed our wedding! I'm not kidding I was amazed and couldn't stop staring at the flowers all night. She is truly magical not only in her creativity, but also her genuine personality!

Shilihi, Charity, and Faith are amazing! I can't begin to express the happiness that they made me feel on my day! My wedding was supposed to be on the beach in December, and although we had beautiful weather the days before the wedding it poured buckets on my wedding day! We had a plan b but I was sad that I wasn't able to have it on the beach, but the instant I walked into my church venue (Plan B) all my sadness melted away, the team had transformed my dreary rainy wedding day to an amazing beautiful one and I was the happiest bride ever! My bouquet was breathtaking and beautiful! My reception was just as I had wanted it! They had made my day something I had always dreamed of!

Shilhi and her team were amazing. Very helpful, professional, creative and kind. Our centerpieces were one of my favorite parts of our wedding. They were so beautiful and made me so happy to see. She understood my vision and executed perfectly. I would use her again in a heartbeat to do all my floral centerpieces.

I got married in Hawaii in September, and had a real hard time with some vendors and their service. Shilhi and Elana were absolutely a breath of fresh air and one of the few vendors that I was 100% amazed with the job they did. From day 1, Shilhi was open and honest with us about pricing and how she could help, and what would be more economic to do on my own. She was easy to talk to, full of ideas, and gave me 100% of her attention, when my wedding was I'm sure much smaller than the others she was working on. They understood my vision and the wedding was absolutely beautiful and everything I could have imagined. I have been to a lot of weddings ... and never seen such stunning bouquets than what I had from Shilhi!

Shilhi's flower arrangements brought my wedding to life. She understood the perfect combination of color, design and personal style that I was looking for in a florist. Shilhi really helped to translate my inspiration of an "Island Chic" wedding through my flowers. My ideas of modern, polished and organic were in everything from my bouquet to the lauhala vases for the table arrangements. I loved everything!

The destination wedding in Hawaii for my son and his bride from Michigan, and we in North Carolina, would simply not have happened without Shilhi - at least not nearly as perfect. We had pre-selected locations via the internet and had our preconceived ideas - most of which proved to be not workable or desirable. Once we interviewed Shilhi on the phone, we were totally convinced that she would be indispensable, and she came through with perfection. She guided us to perfect locations, helped us to select excellent vendors for our DJ, catering, bartenders, etc, and she provided beautiful flowers and decor for the ceremony and reception. As we planned this long awaited event through long hours on the phone, Shilhi truly became invaluable to me. Her passion and commitment convinced me that she would ensure our children’s wedding would be just as beautiful as if it were her own wedding. The full moon, beautiful ocean and Shilhi’s extraordinary vision all came together without exception to make our children’s dream wedding just perfect. We could not have asked for more and certainly recommend Shilhi and her Passion Roots team to anyone in need of fun-loving professional to ensure a beautiful and memorable Hawaiian wedding.

Passion Roots was amazing. I am very detail oriented and had specific idea of how the flower arrangement wanted to look. Shilhi was very patient with me and provided me with specific information and she was very good with responding back.
