Off-Menu Catering Services

As a destination bride I never had a chance to try any food so picking someone was hard since food was very important to me! I am SO GLAD I went with Kevin because the food was fantastic! All 55 of our guests (mainly from Arizona) were impressed and said it's some of the best food they've ever had. They even boxed up some left overs for us. The service was great!

We worked with Kevin at Off Menu, and he was absolutely amazing. We may have been the most demanding, high-maintenance couple he has ever worked with, but Kevin handled our every request with enthusiasm and a great attitude. He made every effort to meet our needs and requests and made sure we got the best deals for everything. He was completely honest and upfront with us on every detail, and he was incredibly friendly and a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond his job for us and our wedding, and we are so glad we chose Kevin & Off Menu for our catering needs.

For our wedding, we really wanted to get some ono grinds that would blow people's minds. Not only that, but we wanted it to be Hawaii-specific. That means, local sustainable food that everyone from kama'aina to New Yorkers could enjoy. Off-Menu has a bunch of chefs who make their menus, and we ended up going with Indigo's menu. Indigo, for those not in the know, has a mean lunch buffet (not to mention great martini happy hour). Kevin was so awesome to work with... he responded to emails and phone calls so quickly. Any concerns we had, he met and exceeded. During our tasting, the catering manager from Indigo's sat with us and went through each plate. What we liked, what we didn't like... he tweaked each item and even added more to our menu for the same price! The value for our menu was so great... we got compliments all night for the food. We had passed pupus during cocktail hour. By the time we got to mingling and talking to people, they were raving about the food already... and looking for more! I found out later that my great aunties were complimenting the servers about the taro bread, so the servers brought out bags of bread for them to take with them! Hah! Loved the service and attention. Kevin totally knocked it out of the park. Not only that, but he was the very first and very last vendor we saw after our wedding ceremony. Right after we left the ceremony site, he was there congratulating us and hugging us; just as we were leaving the reception, he was there again congratulating us and wishing us luck on our honeymoon. With Off-Menu, we felt like we could've asked Kevin for anything and he would've found a way to get it for us. Very professional service, very attentive!!!
