Where do I begin... From the very beginning Diana was there is answer all of my crazy questions about "How do I do this?", "Where do I find that?", she knew it all! I am a very organized, picky, perfectionist and I always worry that things are NOT going to go right. Well let me say I did not have ANY of those feeling after my first phone conversation with Oahu Weddings. Diana eased my worries! Once we got to Oahu, Diana met with us to go over everything and make sure we are all on the same page. It's nice to have someone so meticulous in your corner on such an important day!I cannot stop thanking Diana for our PERFECT dream wedding, there is nothing I would change. Oahu Weddings is the best company and very fair prices! I recommend them to everyone! We love you Diana and Oahu Weddings!!

Diana at Oahu Wedding was our guardian angle from start to finish. She went above and beyond our expectations to make sure our wedding day was the perfect day - from suggesting vendors, negotiations with vendors, cake suggestions, decor suggestions, flower suggestions...you name it, keeping our budget in mind the entire time, Diana was there. Because of her our wedding was magical. On the day of our wedding, we only had to relax and enjoy it; Diana ensured everything was perfect and stayed for the entire reception to make sure everything stayed perfect.

Diana and Oahu Wedding is a MUST HAVE for anyone thinking of planning a destination wedding in Hawaii. My husband and I wanted our dream wedding to be fun filled, vibrant and one a kind. Diana really captured our vision and gave us our dream wedding that was better than we could have imagined. It all started 8 months prior to the wedding date, during our very first call with Diana where we made an instant connection with her. We could tell she was professional, experienced and most importantly passionate. She spend the time to get to know us and followed up with detailed summary after every meeting as well as responded promptly to every call or email. She was amazing to work with and put our minds at ease every step of the planning especially when we got closer to the wedding date with each sync meetings. She was able to work within our budget and even came in under knowing we were very budget conscious. Diana’s creative flair was unique and helpful as she suggested to use tropical flavored macarons as a part of the center pieces to alternate with floral decor for practicality, fun originality as well as keeping us on floral budget. The most amazing part of our wedding day was seeing all the decoration details, the personal touch that Diana and I had discussed throughout the planning process come together. I had a moment with Diana the morning of the wedding as I got ready and she took me around the entire venue before the guests arrived. Needless to say.. I was speechless and knew immediately it was going to be an amazing experience. Diana and the Oahu Wedding team was crucial for the flawless day of execution. Starting with the Ukulele musician, Kahu Bruce, florist, Gourmet Events Catering and our amazing DJ Troy, the seamless coordination behind the scene between the vendors was simply perfection. Thank you Diana and Oahu Wedding for the most incredible and memorable day of our lives. Your professionalism and passion for what you do allowed my husband and I to enjoy every minute and moment on our wedding day. Diana is amazing!! Our wedding was perfect to the smallest detail! I live in Dallas, TX and knew that I would need to hire a wedding planner in order to have a destination wedding. Diana made the wedding process so easy. She took care of everything from the cake to the photographer. I just needed to let her know what my vision was. Diana also makes a lot of great suggestions and always keeps your budget in mind. She is also very professional, organized and responsive to all emails and calls. All the items used in the wedding were beautiful and of high quality. Our officiate, Kahu Bruce, gave a wonderful ceremony that included elements of Hawaiian culture. The hairdresser/makeup artist Diana hired did a very natural clean look using airbrush makeup, which I loved! The wedding venue that she suggested was incredible. It was an outdoor balcony looking over the ocean. The wedding cake she ordered was so beautiful and delicious. Kai Photo was our photographers and the pictures are gorgeous. I still can't get over them! Overall, if you're planning to have a wedding in Oahu, I would highly recommend you go with Oahu Wedding.

So we live on Oahu, but all our family lives in California and we decided to fly Diana out to help us during the week of our wedding. This was the best decision we made. The week of the wedding all questions will go to the bride. So her productivity level is going to drop significantly and she will have the most things on her to-do list. So it was very consoling having someone who understands what needs to be done and can make the right decisions on your wifes behalf while she is trying to maintain her sanity and check things off her own list.Another thing you don't think about is your friends and familys agenda. Since most folks don't specialize in wedding planning they really don't understand how in the zone they need to be that week before the wedding. So people wll have there own list of things they need to get done and not make you bride as much as a priority she needs to be. That's why flying Diana out was the best thing we could have done. From morning to night she was avaialble to us for four straight days. She gave us that extra support we needed to have a wedding for 300 people. If you are the type of person that is going to be very hands on with your event and wants to build it up themselves then having an expert like Diana is a must. She was definitley a key player in my wife and I having an awesome day together. Good Luck!

We worked with Diana at Oahu Weddings on a consultation basis, and it was the best thing we did to "treat" ourselves! Meeting with her for a few hours saved us DAYS, if not WEEKS, of time, planning, and mistakes! She was great at troubleshooting, and when it came to timing out our play-by-play for the big day, it was as if she could do it in her sleep (which she probably does!). It was clear and thorough, and we were able to hand it off to our friend who coordinated on the day-of, and it was a breeze! On top of that, they also had vases and candle holders that we could rent, which was a huge savings for our budget. Huge thanks to Diana and Oahu Weddings... you let me be a bride, and not a planner, on my wedding day!

I was planning our destination wedding from Los Angeles, and since our wedding party is so small, and I have pretty much selected all of the other vendors ahead of time, I decided to hire Diana for day of wedding coordination. It was money well spent! Diana is highly responsive, and took care of all the vendor confirmations about a month prior to our event. I was only expecting her to show up on the day of our wedding, but instead I got Diana and her 2 fabulous assistants! The 3 of them whipped our beach front rental house in shape in no time....she scrubbed our patio cleaned where the ceremony was going to take place, her assistant ironed the table cloth, directed the florist, picked up and delivered our wedding cake. Diana and her team exceeded our expectations, hire Diana, and you won't have to worry about a thing, just kick back and enjoy the day!

Diana from Oahu Wedding was the only reason our wedding in HI was breathtaking, flawless, and stress-free. Our wedding was a destination wedding and we put our special day into her hands and we were far from disappointed. We were asked questions about the pieces of our wedding and Diana basically did the rest, we just had to show up! The vendors that Diana had chosen for us were wonderful as well (florist, minister, and ukulele player). Diana went out of her way to make sure we were happy. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding! Everything turned out beautifully and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Both my profession and that of my husband did not allow us much time to plan a wedding, let alone a destination wedding. Enter Diana and her Oahu wedding team. Diana was very thorough in taking care of the details my husband and I were not able to take care of. She is very organized: she sent us a nice welcome packet that took care of 99% of our questions right away and she asked very specific questions right from the start so she knew immediately what we wanted. She was very accommodating to suggestions, she responded to emails and calls promptly and she attended to every little detail. Everything she arranged or used for the ceremony was of the highest quality and it showed. The flowers were fresh, beautiful and they reflected my request to use local flowers only. Kahu Bruce did an amazing job putting together a very beautiful ceremony that blended both Hawaiian and Western elements. The hairdresser/makeup artist Diana suggested created a classy look that fit well with my dress. The wedding venue that she suggested was simply magical. Diana ordered our cupcakes from the Cakeworks Bakery. They were both delicious and beautifully decorated in a manner that reflected our wedding theme. The ukulele player complemented the ceremony nicely and I appreciate that she played a song for just my husband and I so we could have a first dance following our ceremony. Kyler from Kai Photo took gorgeous wedding photos that still put a smile on our faces. Diana not only stuck to the agreed-upon budget, she actually went under the budget. Our wedding was perfect, beautiful beyond our wildest dreams, actually. She made the entire process so easy that my husband and I had no anxiety leading up to the wedding. If you are even remotely considering working with Diana, please know this: her vendors as well as other people working in the business had rave reviews for her as well. Diana is wonderful! She was in tune with our ideas for our beach wedding. She came up with many helpful ideas for both the wedding and ceremony. She was friendly, professional and caring! Planning a wedding from thousands of miles away is hard, right? Not in our case. Our planner, Diana, was tiemly, helpful, fun and most of all listened. She made our day perfect. We arrived to our site for the wedding everything was there, she had us organized and we have never even seem the place, only photos. We placed our trust in her and she came through.

Words cannot express how blessed I was to have Diana @ Oahu Wedding plan our wedding. From the very moment I contacted her, I knew our wedding would be perfect. After a few minutes of speaking to her, I expressed to her my love for John. We have been together 21 years & I told Diana, I felt in my heart that it was just like yesterday. I was crying most of the time I spoke to her. Diana is an amazing lady & after all this time, John & I knew it was the right time to get married. Diana gave me my dream wedding. From our first conversation, I felt like I had known her forever!! I explained to her about the musician, flowers, and other details that we wanted & Diana gave me more than I ever dreamed of. She would always call me back within a day and I knew planning a destination wedding from St Louis, she would be on top of things. She sent me a Timeline of our wedding & it was so detailed. Our wedding was @ Waialae Beach Park(Kahala Beach) @ 4pm. She delivered my flowers to the Hawaiian Hilton & they were beautiful. Diana arrived @ Waialae Beach Park to reserve the ceremony. She greeted our guests when the limo arrived. My heart was beating with excitement!!!I will cherish our wedding day forever. We had twelve guests & everyone was crying throughout the ceremony. Our minister(Bruce) said the most beautiful words. He was genuine & our guests thought he was amazing. Our Musician(Danny) was fantastic!! He sang 'White Sandy Beach & Over the Rainbow'). We loved our conch blower(Nathaniel). The flower petals on the beach were beautiful!John & I will have memories of a lifetime. Our guests expresed to us that it was a perfect Hawaiian wedding & was the most beautiful wedding they had been to in Hawaii.(All of them live in Hawaii). I will forever remember January 8th, 2011. John & I will always remember all of the special details Diana provied for us. She is an amazing person. She is professional, kind and very sincere. She set-up our reception @ the Tropics at the Hawaiian Hilton and it was perfect. Diana, thank you for making me feel like a princess and all of your hard work. I will forever have you in my heart!!! Talk about flawless execution... Diana is AMAZING!! It can be a bit overwhelming planning a destination wedding but with the help of Diana I was completly stress free. She did an amazing job pulling everything together and our Wedding Day was everything I had ever dreamed of!
