MYSTICAL SOUNDS PRODUCTIONS

We booked MSP following a recommendation from a friend for uplighting, monogram, universal lighting and DJ services. We thought they did a great job at all tasks. The DJs were friendly & knew which music people responded to and adapted as needed. Joe is also very easy to work with, he takes the time to meet with you and show you his products. Their price point is a bit higher than other companies but we felt it was worth the cost. Our monograms turned out great & the uplighting was exactly the color we were hoping for.

We had MSP do the lights, music, and mic at our wedding reception. Joe was very professional even though we booked only two months before. He answered all of our questions on Skype and even met with me a couple times in person the week of. He followed our guidelines exactly and chose the perfect music to fill in the gaps. Everyone was dancing, and we had a blast! They were a preferred vendor at our hotel, so the set-up was seamless. Highly recommend!

My wedding was on May 28, 2011 and thanks to Joe and his crew it was wonderful. I loved that Mystical Sounds could provide me with a DJ, lighting, and drapes. Being able to get all of these things from one vendor eliminated the stress of coordinating wtih many different companies. Joe was also flexible in meeting with me and offered suggestions and ideas that I hadn't even thought of. Mystical Sound productions did an awesome job at our wedding this weekend 1/15/11. From the up-lighting of the entire Waikiki Ballroom at the Hale Koa Hotel to the great music they played all night long. All we heard from our guests was how beautiful the room looked with the pink and red lights. Our backdrop behind the head table was a great addition to the pictures we took of our bridal party. The drapes, lighting, monogram with our names, and the star galaxy made the background perfect. Working with Joe Ho was extremely easy, he was always available to meet if I had any concerns or questions regarding the night… And very professional. After meeting Joe at the 09 January Wedding Expo, we knew we had to book Mystical Sounds as our DJ and uplighting vendor. While in the process of wedding planning, Joe was always willing to offer new ideas that would make our wedding reception memorable for us as well as our guests. Needless to say Mystical Sounds has the best uplighting equipment!!! Our ballroom was transformed right before our eyes and our expectations were exceeded. The DJ did an awesome job at keeping the vibe alive and played all our requested songs with no problems. Joe and his crew did an awesome job at taking the lead so that we were able to enjoy every moment of our special day.

A week before my wedding, I couldn't get in touch with the musicians to play during my ceremony. Mystical Sounds was already playing the music for my reception. I called Joe and asked if he could play music during the ceremony since I couldn't get in touch with my other musician. At the last minute they were able to provide all sound equipment in my garden where the ceremony was held. He saved us from a disaster of having no music during the ceremony. He was able to accommodate my every need. I highly recommend Mystical Sounds Productions.

We booked Mystical Sounds for our wedding reception. The DJ was awesome and helped us with our slideshow and some other technical difficulties. They were our lifesavers! Thank you so much! Everyone enjoyed the dancing portion and the pictures on the projector screen. Even though the program ran over a little, the DJ played all the right songs! Thanks again! Highly recommended!

Had a chance to work with Joe and his Mystical sounds and at first I was kinda nervous about how much I was spending with my uplighting/GOBO lights and DJ...He convinced me that we are gonna be happy with its results. My Wife, Angela, was kinda hesistant at first...but when the wedding day came...she was the one showing "two thumbs up" to Joe. we were really impress and my guest was agog with my lighting. His professionalism was also impressive, no nonsense and direct, easy to talk to, and no hassle. Recommended? Definitely, I'd say if you're thinking about lighting and DJ...do it! but with Mystical sounds!

We had the pleasure of working with Joe and his team for our wedding and all we have to say is that people walked away with a great experience! Everyone had such a great time from the little keiki's to my grandmother who was shaking her tail feather on the dance floor throughout the night! LOL! The wedding was definitely a night to remember and people were talking about it days later. From the first time we met Joe; he offered us some great advice and encouraged us to make the evening OURS. His team maintained professionalism throughout the event, flexible and very responsive to our needs. They also came very prepared with some extra equipment which was excellent service since we had some last minute performers. The sound was great quality and worth every penny. I would definitely use their service again if ever in Hawaii!

I had the pleasure of working with Joe (and Mystical Sounds) for my cousins wedding back in November 2009. From the get go, the entire staff was accessible, dependable, reliable and in the end, perfect! Everything that night went as smoothly as possible and I not once worried (nor did the bride/groom). I am seriously thinking about continuing party planning (as a FT career) and for any future requests, I of course will not hesitate in contacting Mystical Sounds because every bride and/or guest of honor, deserves the best. I have used Mystical Sounds twice already and i really do have to say they are worth every penny. From their equipment to the services they provide they made my wedding the best day of my life. We had B.E.T. perform at our wedding and Mystical sounds had everything they needed for them to set the party off right. If you want to hire them for your wedding, graduation or whatever the case may be ask Joe about his galaxy lighting, it really will be the most beautiful accent of your party, they even have these awesome uplights which can be placed behind your wedding party in a variety of colors to either match or accentuate your bridal party colors. Honestly if you want a top notch experience in which you don't have to worry about a thing call Mr. Joe Ho and he will get your party hooked up and it will have your friends talking about it for years to come. Joe met with us on multiple occasions so he could show all us that he had to offer. He has the most up to date music, excellent equipment to provide clarity in sounds, uplighting (which truly accentuates your event), and galaxy lighting that makes your event feel out of this world! Joe will cater to your needs and also provide you with ideas when you may not have any.
