G.I. Cakes

We used GI Cakes because they were one of the only places we could find that would make a gluten free wedding cake for us. It was a chocolate cake with a butter cream frosting and it came with a divine raspberry sauce to put on when plated. The cake was amazing and you could not tell it was gluten free. Patricia is definitely a pro. The cake was reasonably priced and delivery on the wedding day was included so it was one less thing we had to worry about.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I got from GI Cakes. I got a beautiful wedding cake at a great value! Patricia was so easy to work with - everything from the cake tasting, the transaction, to the delivery - smooth process. I also cant say enough about the flavor of the cakes... WOW! I ordered a 4 tier cake, with chocolate, red velvet, lemon and white/strawberry. All my guests kept commenting on how good the cake was. I barely had any left to take home! It's a true testament of the quality of GI Cakes' products and I highly recommend them for ANY of your cake/dessert needs. Mahalo Patricia!
