WOW is all that I can say to describe Anna Kim's photography. We loved her! She made picture taking on your wedding day easy. She definitely is talented. The places she took our pics are places I would have never thought of, once I saw the final pictures, I was so amazed as to all the thought that went into each picture. She was able to capture so much in such little time. We are very impressed with the photos and the quality of her work. She is well worth the money, to capture your special day. If you are looking for a photographer on Maui, you can not go wrong by hiring Anna. From the first day I contacted her she was quick to respond to emails, answer any questions, and she even helped me choose a location for our ceremony and find other local vendors. We loved meeting her on our wedding day and she was great to work with and really made us feel relaxed. We got our wedding photos in the mail about a week after we got back home, and they are beautiful. I would recommend her to anyone!

I found Anna Kim Photography by searching the internet and when I saw her pictures I knew we had to hire her. Anna and her assistant were awesome and very professional on the day of our wedding! They were both very friendly and open to our ideas. Anna took us to the perfect spot after the ceremony for our pictures. You could tell that she was really into getting that great shot and we really appreciated it. We\'ve only seen 1 picture from the big day so far (8/26/11) and it is beautiful! We are stoked to see more!

I loved working with Anna. My wedding was such an important day to me and I didn't even doubt for just a moment on the photos that Anna was taking. She was soo easy to work with and just a joy. I felt that I was blessed to have met such an amazing person and to know that she was so talented to be make my important day stress free. We used Anna for a trash the dress/honeymoon photo session and had the best time with her. My husband and I both agreed that out of the 10 days we spent on our honemoon our favorite activity by far was this photo session. I wasn't too sure what to expect since we hadn't had a lot of conversations leading up to our meeting, but Anna was amazing from the get go. She picked us up at our hotel and drove us to a couple diferent locations and got the most incredible photos! She even surprised us by bringing along an extra photographer and spent more time with us than what we had paid for, just to be sure we got the photos we wanted. Anna is fun and professional and extremely passionate about her work, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to anyone in need of a wedding or special moments photographer.

The BEST photographer on Maui! Well, I\'ve never worked with anyone else, I just know that our experience with Anna was AWESOME! She shot our wedding, July 9, 2011. She was so friendly and warm and she made us feel so comfortable! Our car battery actually died and she let us jump in her car to take our photos! As for our photos...they turned AMAZING! What can I say about Anna that hasn\'t been said before? She\'s amazing. Very friendly, professional, and incredibly talented. My wife booked her for our Maui wedding and it was incredible. Though she wasn't available for our wedding day, we decided to do a “Honeymoon Shoot” a couple days after our wedding with Anna as our photographer. From go, Anna was laid-back and so much fun to work with. We shot at Ho’opika Beach on the North Shore, followed by some colorful shots in Paia town. All in all, we had a total blast with Anna! After much research on the web trying to choose a photographer (which was our most heavily weighted element for our destination wedding), we discovered Anna. From a very professional website, awesome photos and an amazing eye, quick responses and a wealth of information/contacts, Anna was the best! The best decision we made! One of the hardest things about having a destination wedding is choosing vendors based on websites and phone calls and trusting/hoping that you\'ve made a good decision. I did my best to get referrals for most of my vendors but was running into dead ends when it came to photography. Friends had told my husband and I that choosing a good photographer was one of the most important aspects of the wedding and if there is one place to splurge, its on a great photographer. I had almost booked someone that had come recommended but I still wasn\'t feeling 100% on my decision. The day I was to seal the deal I did one more online search and found Anna Kim Photography. Her portfolio had everything I was looking for. Her phots were unique, creative, romantic...anything but the typical, tired wedding shots. Online, she looked perfect. I called her a minutes later, spoke to her for 5 minutes, and was certain I had found my photographer. Fast forward to the wedding. Not only did Anna show up prepared to take 6 hours of wedding shots, she brought not one but two associates with her. So rather than one camera like I had thought, there were 3 cameras getting shots of every detail of the wedding. I had an instant connection with Anna and felt like she was one of my girlfriends by my side all day. Towards the end of the reception Anna pulled me aside and simply said; \"the lighting is not that great now that its dark and we\'ve captured some really great shots. We can stay for this last hour and take more pictures of the reception or I can meet you tomorrow for 1-hour to shoot a \"honymoon (trash the dress) session\" on one of Maui\'s beaches\". We immediately said yes and had the most amazing second photoshoot the next day! I really can\'t say enough about the talent, professionalism and likeability of Anna, she really is amazing. On top of everything else, her pricing is on par with every other Maui wedding photographer I researched...but her work is above the rest. You would honestly be lucky to have Anna as your photographer and you will not be disappointed. I have had friends tell me my photos are the best wedding photos they have ever seen. I was referred to Anna through another photographer on Maui who was going to be on maternity leave during our wedding....and it was such a blessing! Our pictures are so beautiful, and really captured the mood of our day as well as our personalities. Anna has such a sweet personality which put my husband and I at ease. We often would look at her and she'd have this big smile behind her camera. Anna shot a trash the dress session for us the morning after our wedding too, which was a blast. Communication with her was always easy and timely, which can be challenging when planning a wedding from 3200 miles away. I can't recommend Anna Kim Photography highly enough! Anna\'s pictures came out so much better than we expected, we couldn\'t believe it (and we were expecting a lot!). I have gotten so many compliments, and I feel that a lot of it was Anna\'s personality- she made us laugh and smile even more than we already were on our wedding day. Anna was just wonderful to work with on our wedding day :) She made both of us feel very comfortable and just very natural. At times I would almost forget she was there! She doesn\'t waste a second while she\'s with you, she\'s constantly snapping memories. I particularly liked how when I was busy getting ready, she would just take the shoes, grab the bouquet and set them somewhere nice and started snapping away. Besides her professionalism, the pictures came out beautiful. We love our photos and are thankful she caught each moment of our special day. Anna also understands the difficulty of booking a destination wedding (from personal experience) and recommended many vendors to me anytime I asked her which made my planning and booking much easier.
