Hale  Ohi'a Kai, is built on the oceanfront of Kealohi Kai subdivision, located between the world famous Magic Sands and Holualoa Bay, and adjacent to historic Kamoa Point, in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. The land area is 17,700 sq.ft. with over 90 ft. of oceanfront, overlooking tidal pools, whales, dolphins, and a resting sanctuary for sea turtles. 

A Polyneian Pod Style design, with four bedrooms in separate structures, provides ample natural lighting, ventilation, privacy,and indoor/outdoor living areas. The main living area with high vaulted ceiling,opens to the sunrise of Hualalai Mountain and the sunset of Pacific Ocean.  The Master suite looks onto the jacuzzi, infinity pool, and the Pacific Ocean.
