Our goal is to create the cake of your dreams and make it the focal point of your reception. At G.I. Cakes, quality is never sacrificed! To ensure the highest quality all of our cakes, fillings and icings are made using only the freshest, finest ingredients. Our buttercream is made with real butter, not a greasy flavored shortening and our cakes are made from scratch, not a mix.
Pricing: Wedding cake pricing begins at $1.95 per serving and is determined by several factors including decoration, intricacy of design, and type of icing. As a benefit to you and your guests, cakes can be soaked with flavored simple syrups to coordinate with your filling selection and each tier can have different fillings and cake choices to satisfy everyone, all of this at no additional charge.
Free Wedding Consultation
We offer all of our couples a free wedding consultation. Included in the consultation are a complimentary cake tasting, portfolio viewing, and expert advice on your specific needs. In addition to the flavors that entice your taste buds, you will need to bear in mind logistics when selecting fillings and icings. For example, time of year, temperature and whether your reception is inside or outdoors are a few things to consider.
