Aloha Wedding Photography

Deciding to have your wedding in Hawaii is an exciting and unforgettable experience that you will want to remember forever. At weddings, we are most visibly ourselves -- the walls we walk around with come tumbling down under the forces of joy, anxiety (and sometimes a bit of alcohol). To document that experience, the relationship of friends, families, and a couple launching a new stage in their life, is an incredible feeling.

When a client says "This is the first picture I've seen of my parents that actually looks like them!" I feel like I've done something with lasting value. And to do that with so many wonderful couples, from downtown to as far away as Switzerland, makes it all the better.

I am a storyteller and a problem solver. When I am posing you, I work to make you comfortable enough to find the real emotions and expressions within you. And when I am documenting the day, I work to make you comfortable enough to forget I'm there.

I am available for weddings and other important events all over Hawaii and abroad.

The style of photography is essentially a photo-journalistic approach coupled with High Fashion photography. The most part of the wedding is shot in a casual manner, you will hardly be aware that there is a photographer at work. The wedding will proceed and the emotions and events will be captured in a very unobtrusive manner that allows the natural expressions of the bride and groom and friends and family to emerge.

When it is time for the important family and group shots we always have fun and obtain these in a swift and entertaining way that allows people to enjoy themselves without having to pose for a photographer all day long.

Whilst your guests are commencing the reception and having their first glass of wine, we will take you to a location to do some casual shots in typical surroundings, after all you have come to Hawaii where there are so many beautiful monuments, dramatic scenarios and charming characteristics it would be a shame not to use them to our advantage.
